SUBCONTRACTOR COMPLIANCE

     It is important that all subcontractors be made aware of FWMC J.C. Safety Policies. To ensure that all subcontractors are in compliance with these  policies, it is required that all subcontract agreements  include such language ad the following:

     "All subcontractors shall (a) comply fully with all laws, orders, citations, rules, regulations, standards and statutes with respect to occupational health and safety, accident prevention, safety equipment and practices prescribed by Owner Contractor, National, City or any other agency or body having jurisdiction or cognizance over the work being performed; and (b) indemnify, defend and save harmless contractor, its officers, agents and employees from claims, penalties, damages, liability, loss, costs, and expenses, including attorney fees, arising from any alleged violation or infraction.
