COMPANY VEHICLE USAGE

     Company vehicles are to be driven exclusively by company personnel, and are for company business only. Absolutely no unauthorized passengers are to be transported at any time.

     The involvement of a company owned vehicle in any type of accident or legal entanglement, except when on company business, and will be the responsibility of the person to whom the unit is assigned, and that person will absorb all costs of such actions.

VEHICULAR ACCIDENTS

     All accidents, no matter how trivial, involving company owned cars, trucks or other equipment must be immediately reported to FWMC Operations Manager.  Without exception, an accident must be reported on the applicable form before the end of the day on which the accident occurred.  This includes the accidents involving other vehicles and when private property is damaged.
