SENIOR AND JUNIOR LEVEL INCENTIVES (Annual)

DETERMINING AWARDS

     Utilizing the basic format and methods, the Loss Control Department will tailor the Senior and Junior Level Incentives program for each company’s job classification titles and safety statistics.

     The Senior and Junior Level Incentives formula is  weighted to provide greater monetary awards to those closest to managing construction projects or major  production units. Excellent Company and individual  performance  in loss control and safety can produce a bonus in excess of P 1,000.00
