FIRST LEVEL SUPERVISION AWARDS/RECOGNITION

It is recommended that first level supervisors, such as foreman, be recognized and/or awarded several times throughout the year.

APPROACHES
 
  Examples of successful approaches used for awards at this level.

(1)           Quarterly awards based upon most man-hours without a lost-time accident with 1st, 2nd and 3rd place awards of P 1,000, P 750, and P 500 respectively.

(2)           Milestone awards based upon accumulation of man-hours without a lost-time accident with monetary or gift awards as the individual passes each milestone: 25,000; 50,000; 100,000 man-hours, etc., or miles driven without a vehicle accident.
