REPORTS
AND STATISTICAL INFORMATION
Accurate and timely statistical information is essential to an
effective Safety program. FWMC’s Safety Department is
responsible for compiling, analyzing and disseminating
comprehensive statistical reports on a monthly basis.
GENERAL
INFORMATION
All statistical information for each operating entity will be
compiled by the Safety Department by no later than the 10th
month following the month ending. This information is to
include:
(1)
The man-hours worked (both field and office personnel)
(2)
Calendar days since last lost-time injuries.
(3)
This month days lost.
(4)
Carry over previous months days lost.
(5)
Other injuries (not classified lost-time).
Property damage claims and their descriptions should be
submitted at the same time if they were not reported at an
earlier date.
MONTHLY
REPORTS
These reports will be compiled by the Safety Department by the
15th of the month for the previous month. These
reports will be a comprehensive report. These reports will be
distributed on a need-to-know basis. All information included in
these monthly reports will be taken directly from that
information that was submitted by the various operating entities
as well as pertinent statistics on a national level. |
