To ensure that job site safety becomes an individual employee
concern, the Safety Department requires the use of weekly tool
box meetings. These meetings are held at the various job sites
and should involve the total team. Supervisory personnel are to
set these meetings up and run them. Employees are encouraged to
participate actively. Employee attendance is mandatory.
